An encounter with contemporary culture through Poetry

In this workshop participants will explore fun and reflective ideas of
self-affirmation, community-connectedness, and social justice
through poetry writing.
Various poetry styles and methods of writing will be utilized.
This workshop is designed for teens and adults.

“Samira E. Robinson presents “When She Loved Herself: Lyrics &
Lessons on the Feminine Principle & Mystique”

Workshop Description:
In this poetry workshop women will discuss the value of loving
themselves, and how to facilitate healing, joy, self-affirmation and
personal strength, and reclaim their authentic self, through writing
and sharing of anecdotes. Various poetry styles and methods of
writing will be explored.
